An eye is cultivated. A collection is, too.
I believe collecting art is less about acquisition than about developing a relationship with what one chooses to live with.
My approach to art advisory is personal, considered and deeply attentive to the individual behind each collection. I work with private clients to discover artists and works that resonate with their taste, their spaces and the way they wish to live.
With a background spanning art history, anthropology and law, I bring together cultural curiosity, research and a practical understanding of the world surrounding art.
My role is not to impose a taste, but to refine a gaze.
To look longer.
To ask better questions.
To find the work that stays with you.
About
LOOK. RESEARCH. DISCOVER. ACQUIRE.
Every collection begins with a conversation.
I take the time to understand what draws you in. Also, what does not. Your references, your spaces, your curiosities, the works you already live with and the ones you have yet to discover.
From there, research becomes a form of curation.
I look beyond the obvious, drawing connections between artists, periods, movements and ideas to create a considered field of possibilities.
The objective is not to fill a wall but to find the work that belongs there.
